Yushau Abdulhameed Shuaib, a 1992 graduate of Mass Communication from Bayero University Kano was born on October 10,1969. He holds a Diploma in PR from International School of Public Relations, London and a Post – Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from University of Abuja. He is a recipient of several distinctions, which include Alhaji Sabo Mohammed Best Student in Public Relations, Delta State NYSC Merit Award, Automatic Scholarship for the best Corp Writer and Head of State National NYSC Honour Award. He was also the recipient of NIPR Public Relations Person of the year 1995 in Kano/Jigawa State, and Young Achiever Award 2000. Between 1993 to date Shuaib who received automatic employment awards at state and federal levels had served as a PRO Delta Government House, Information Officer Federal Ministry of Information, Personal Assistant to Hon. Minister of State and Press Secretary, Federal Ministry of Finance. He also had a stint in the Federal Ministry of Health and National Assembly, before his present position as the Head of Press and Public Relations, Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission.

He has written several articles on social and economic issues and edited a number of periodicals. Shuaib, who has attended management development programmes at home and abroad, is a member of some professional bodies that include Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), British Institute of Public Relations (IPR), Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), and International Public Relations Association (IPRA). He is happily married with Kids.
